MISSION STATEMENT:
Private and Parochial Art for Students
is a collaborative organization
dedicated to developing the whole students
spiritually and creatively
by enhancing arts education and opportunities.
Who is Nathan East: Now a senior, Nathan has been a student at Casady since 6th grade.  His two brothers,Nic and Noel, are fellow students.

Who is his teacher:
Judy Samter, Upper Division art instructor.

Why was Nathan selected:
Nathan Shaffer was selected because he is a dedicated student who has found time in his day to independently finish his work and exten his craft.  He has been involved in many aspects of fine arts and has volunteered at several art festivals.  An accomplished saxopone player, Nathan also plays in the jazz and winds bands and has recently found his niche in visual art.  In extending his abilities, Nathan is studying advanced watercolor techniques and continually strives to
improve his skill.  A wonderful student towork with and encourage, Nathan has a disciplined work ethic and always strives to do his best.
