PROGRAM		DISCRIPTION
Board Development - Strategic Plan		Increase the number of Board Members from five to 7-9. Hire a professional to facilitate a Board retreat and strategic planning session.
BAND COLLABORATIVE		PPARTS Band leading traveling to 3 schools
ROBERT REED - "Creative Movement" Collaborative		Six schools sharing Mr. Reed to introduce tap dance as an art form and physical exercise program.
Community Menu		Newsletter produced in the Spring and Fall for schools to sign up for field trip opportunities, managed and arranged by PPARTS
Monthly Mini- Prof. Dev. & Planning Sessions		Monthly meeting for teachers/admin bringing in OKC artist to share their skills and plan arts festival
"Creative Leeps"- Prof. Development for all schools		November professional development opportunity for ALL  schools and their whole arts departments.
Long-Range Planning for 3 Schools		Three schools have signed up to allow PPARTS to do an inventory and strategic plan for their arts departments.
OCU - "Little Women" Musical		September - Take schools to see "Little Women" musical sponsored by PPARTS
Annual Arts Festival		Ninth Annual Event at St. Luke's United Methodist Church. * Finding ways to generate income and exposure.
Introduce A+ Schools to 2-3 member schools		Invite A+ schools to schools to present workshops as a prof. development teachers training with hopes to sign them up.
